A video strategy to us is the skeleton of your entire campaign - it holds every element together. Within it will usually be your goals, budget(s) and a definition of what ‘success’ means for your campaign, along with a way of measuring it (and in some cases a timeline of when this should be realised). The stages of a video strategy involve planning, projects, production and outcome.
